Don't worry, please first check whether you logged into the right account. Different login methods (Google/Facebook/Email/Apple/Huawei) could create different accounts. Make sure you logged into the same account with the same way you created it.



If the problem persists, please try the steps below:


If you purchased from Google Play:


Try logging out of LingoDeer and back in again.



If you purchased from App Store:


Tap the Restore Purchase button on the upper right corner of the membership page (to manually refresh purchase).  


Please note that restoring purchase will only work if you signed in your iOS device using the same Apple ID with which you purchased.
