Yes. You can switch between monthly, quarterly, and annual subscription plans. However, the steps and timing may differ depending on the platform you used to purchase your LingoDeer membership.

If you purchased through the Apple App Store
You can change your subscription plan through your Apple ID subscription settings.
- Open the Settings app on your on your iPhone or iPad.
- Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used to purchase your LingoDeer membership.
- Tap your name.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap the LingoDeer subscription you want to manage.
- Tap See All Plans.
- Select the plan you would like to switch to and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the change.
Please note that if you switch from one plan to another before your current subscription period ends, Apple will handle the plan change, billing, and any remaining subscription value according to its own rules. The exact effective date, renewal date, and charge amount will be shown on Apple’s confirmation page and in your Apple subscription details.
- Can't find your subscription?
Please first double-check that you are signed in with the correct Apple ID.
If you are sure you are using the correct Apple ID but still cannot find your subscription, your membership may have been purchased through another platform. You can contact us at hi@lingodeer.com and we’ll help you check how the subscription was purchased.
- Don't see the plan you want to switch to?
If the plan you want is not shown in your Apple subscription settings, please follow the instructions for Google Play and website purchases below.
- Want to manage your subscription on another Apple device or on your computer?
Please refer to Apple Support (click here to visit) for instructions on how to manage subscriptions on other Apple devices or on your computer.
If you purchased through Google Play or lingodeer.com
If you purchased your membership through Google Play or directly on lingodeer.com, you will need to cancel your current subscription first and then subscribe again to the plan you want after your current subscription expires. Your membership will remain active until the end of your current subscription period after cancellation.
