If you've forgotten your login details and can't access the account that has your progress, please contact us via the in-app “Contact Us” link (ME>>Contact Us), or by email at [email protected]
Let us know the email address you signed up with, and we'll confirm your login method (email & password / Google / Facebook etc.) for you. We can also help you switch to a different login method if required.
(And let's face it, things can get pretty confusing when each different login method takes you to a different account)

- On your Mobile App
- Go to the "Me" tab
- Click on your profile picture
- Your login method will be specified on the top of the next screen
(if images are unclear, click on the image to view a larger version)
- On the Web Version
- Click on your profile picture at the top right hand corner and select "Profile" from the drop-down menu.
- Your login method will be specified on the top of the next screen
