...because now I can't login to the right account

If you've forgotten your login details and can't access the account that has your progress, please contact us via the in-app “Contact Us” link (ME>>Contact Us), or by email at [email protected]


Let us know the email address you signed up with, and we'll confirm your login method (email & password / Google / Facebook etc.) for you. We can also help you switch to a different login method if required.


(And let's face it, things can get pretty confusing when each different login method takes you to a different account)


...because I just want to know which account I'm logged in to 

  • On your Mobile App
  1. Go to the "Me" tab 
  2. Click on your profile picture
  3. Your login method will be specified on the top of the next screen

  1. Click on your profile picture at the top right hand corner and select "Profile" from the drop-down menu.
