You can change your password in the LingoDeer app or on our website if your account uses email/password login.
If you log in with a third-party account, such as Google, Facebook, Apple, or Huawei, there is no separate LingoDeer password to change. Please manage your password through the platform you use to log in.
In the app
- Open the LingoDeer app.
- Go to ME > Account Settings > Change Password.
- Follow the prompts to update your password.
On the website
- Go to the LingoDeer website and log in to your account.
- Click your profile picture in the top-right corner.
- Select Settings from the drop-down menu.
- Follow the prompts to update your password.
Forgot your password?
If you forgot your current password, you will need to reset it from the email login page. This applies even if you are already logged in, as changing your password requires your current password for verification.
To reset your password:
- Go to the email login page.
- Tap Forgot Password.
- Enter your LingoDeer login email address to request a password reset email.
- Follow the instructions in the email to set a new password.
Please note that the password reset link is valid for 60 minutes. If the link expires, repeat the steps above to request a new one.
Also using LingoDeer Plus?
If you also use LingoDeer Plus, changing or resetting your LingoDeer password will also update your LingoDeer Plus password.
