  1. Reinstall the app and see if that fixes things; if not
  2. Remove and re-add your payment method on Apple or Google Play; and if that still doesn't work 
  3. Purchase directly from our website instead

Note to iOS users

If you see a popup about contacting Apple, please do that because there might be an issue with your Apple ID. 

Note to Android users

Please check your phone settings and ensure that, where applicable:

  • Both Google Play Services and Google Play Store have permsion to start and run in the background
  • Pop-ups are allowed for both Google Play Services and Google Play Store
