If you can’t log in to your LingoDeer account, please first check whether you are using the correct login method.
LingoDeer’s registration system treats different login methods as separate accounts. This means that email/password login, Google, Facebook, Apple, and Huawei may create different LingoDeer accounts, even if they are linked to the same email address.
For example, if you originally signed up with Google, but now try to log in using the email login option, the app may say that the email address is not registered. This does not always mean your account is gone. It may simply mean that you are using the wrong login method.
If you remember your account email but cannot log in
Please try the login method you originally used to create your LingoDeer account, such as:
- Email/password login
- Google login
- Facebook login
- Apple login
- Huawei login
If you are not sure which login method you used, try logging in with the third-party login options you may have used before.
If you signed up with Apple
If you registered your LingoDeer account with Apple and chose to hide your email address, Apple may have created a private relay email address for your account.
In this case, we may not be able to locate your LingoDeer account using your real Apple ID email address.
Please try the following first:
- Log in to LingoDeer using Apple login.
- Check whether you can access the correct account.
- You can also check your Apple ID settings to see whether a private relay email address was created for LingoDeer.
If your account may have been deleted
If you previously deleted your LingoDeer account, the account can no longer be used to log in.
Some users may forget that they deleted their account and later try to log in again. If the account was deleted, the app may show that the account does not exist or cannot be found.
If you can log in but your membership is missing
You may be logged into a different LingoDeer account. Please refer to our FAQ: I purchased a membership, but I can’t access it.
If you still cannot access your account
Please contact us at support@lingodeer.com and provide as much of the following information as possible:
- All possible email addresses you may have used
- Any usernames you may have used
- The login methods you may have used, such as Google, Facebook, Apple, Huawei, or email/password login
- Your transaction ID or payment receipt, if the account had a membership
- Any other information that may help us locate your account
