Don’t worry. Before trying the steps below, please first make sure you are logged into the correct LingoDeer account.
Different login methods, such as Apple, Google, Facebook, email, or Huawei, may create separate LingoDeer accounts. Please make sure you are using the same login method and the same account you used when you purchased or activated your membership.
If you are sure you are logged into the correct LingoDeer account but still cannot access your membership, please follow the instructions below based on your purchase platform.
If you purchased through Google Play
1. Make sure you are signed in to the same Google Account used for the purchase on the Google Play Store.
If you are not sure which Google Account was used, please check your active subscriptions in Google Play:
- Open the Google Play Store on your Android phone or tablet.
- Make sure you are signed in to the correct Google Account.
- Tap Menu > Subscriptions.
- Check whether LingoDeer appears in your active subscriptions.
2. After confirming that you are signed in to the correct Google Account on the Google Play Store, please restart the LingoDeer app.
3. If the membership still does not appear, please log out of your LingoDeer account and log back in to refresh your purchase status.
4. If the issue persists, please try reinstalling the LingoDeer app.
If you purchased through the Apple App Store
1. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple ID used for the purchase on the App Store.
2. Open the LingoDeer app and go to the membership purchase page.
3. Scroll down and tap Restore Purchases.
4. If your membership still does not appear, please restart the app or log out of your LingoDeer account and log back in.
If you purchased through our website or still need help
If you purchased your membership on our website, or if you have tried the steps above but still cannot access your membership, please contact us at support@lingodeer.com with the following information:
- Your LingoDeer UID
- The email address used for the purchase
- Proof of payment, such as a receipt, invoice, transaction ID, or payment screenshot
