  • Your actual location does not match the country or region set in your Google Play account
  • You downloaded LingoDeer from a platform other than Google Play


If you have already confirmed that LingoDeer works properly on your device, the fastest solution is to purchase a membership through our website instead.

iOS users


Please try the following steps first:


1. Switch networks, such as from mobile data to Wi-Fi, or from Wi-Fi to mobile data.

2. Restart your device.

3. Reinstall the LingoDeer app.


If the issue continues, please check whether the same problem happens in other apps.


If prices are also not showing in other apps, we recommend contacting Apple for further assistance.
