If the purchase process is not working properly, please try the steps below based on your device.
General steps
- Restart the LingoDeer app and try again.
- Reinstall the app and check whether the issue is resolved.
- Remove and re-add your payment method in the App Store or Google Play, then try again.
- If LingoDeer works normally on your device, you can also purchase a membership through our website instead.
Note for iOS users
If you see a pop-up asking you to contact Apple, please contact Apple directly, as there may be an issue with your Apple ID, payment method, or App Store account.
Note for Android users
Please check your phone settings and make sure that, if these options are available on your device:
- Google Play Services and Google Play Store are allowed to start and run in the background
- Pop-ups are allowed for both Google Play Services and Google Play Store
After checking these settings, please restart the LingoDeer app and try purchasing again.
