If you are already logged in to your LingoDeer account, you can check your current login method in the app or on the website.
In the app
- Go to ME.
- Tap your username or profile picture.
- Your current login credentials will be shown on the account settings page.
On the website
- Log in to your account on the LingoDeer website.
- Click your profile picture in the top-right corner. The drop-down menu will automatically display your login credentials.
- Your current login method will be shown there.

About different login methods
Different login methods, such as email/password, Google, Facebook, Apple, and Huawei, may create separate LingoDeer accounts, even if they are linked to the same email address.
If you are logged in but your membership or learning progress is missing, you may be logged into a different LingoDeer account.
